Star Fox/Starwing was not only the very first SNES game we ever got, but it was the first ever video game I ever played. And even though it looks dated now, I still enjoy playing it now and again. And I also play Super Mario World too. What? No Super Star Wars, Super The Empire Strikes Back, Super Return of the Jedi, Mario Paint or The Mask? Not even as honourable mentions?

Nowadays with enough time and patience, most any game can be waded through."" HE SAID WHILE RUNNING A DARK SOULS CLIP. That had to be intentional trolling, right? Telling people who can’t beat Souls games that they suck and just need to ""git gud""? EDIT: actually now that I look again it’s that samurai Souls clone from Koei-Tecmo. Oh well. I haven’t played it yet, but I’m guessing they copied the dificulty along with everything else, so the point still stands.

For all the people asking about Terranigma: you should know that Terranigma never received a North American release and was only available in Europe/Japan. The list presented in this video was created by website IGN which is very US centric and thus they probably had never heard of Terranigma.

So, who wants to help me? England, UK, 2002 (give or take), SNES (one assumes), and RPG overworld game (I think). The question is, what game did I use to play? Help me find my memory. I am half thinking of a ‘marketplace’ and half thinking of ‘open fields’, finding monsters along the way — but I was 6 at the time, lest we forget. Not sure if the game was A Link to the Past, Breath of Fire II, Secret of Mana, Soul Blazer, or something else! Anybody know which were known/unknown at that time and place?
