We offer free shipping across the site for all orders of the contiguous United States.
Order confirmation
A confirmation email which includes your estimated shipping date will be sent to you after the order has been placed. Once your order is shipped:
We will send a Shipment Confirmation email which provides you with a tracking number(s) of the shipment, along with the link for tracking your package(s) on the next working day of the estimated ship date.
You will then receive the order at the provided shipping address within the time frame based on your location.
If you find that your order(s) has passed the estimated shipping date but you do not have the tracking information, please contact our Customer Service Department on Help Center page.
Shipping service
We use third-party shipping partners to deliver our products to customers. Our usual shipping partner is USPS. However, we are now diversifying our shipping methods to provide customers with faster shipping. You will also see UPS as our delivery partners.
How long does shipping take?
Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package maybe withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.
Due to covid-19, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. You will be sent a shipping confirmation once your order is sent out.
