California Technology Startup Launch a Electric Face Masks With Built in Fans

CA-based technology startup Vivzone release its first  Electric Face Masks With Built in Fans in September, 2020. Founded in 2019, the company is committed to the development and production of technological fabrics and sports products. They aim to create a more comfortable and safer sports experience for people.

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, the company has been committed to developing safe, effective and comfortable masks. It isn’t very easy to find a face mask, even these days. People are still looking for them and supply can’t keep up. But Vivzone has the Electric Face Mask in stock for you right now.

The Electric Fan Motor Mask is used intelligent air purification technology to produces high-efficiency air and actively delivers fresh air.It includes a replaceable four-stage HEPA filter with activated carbon, a sterilization membrane, and medical non-woven fabric construction. Perfect for all kinds of particulate matter, such as viruses, bacteria, exhaust gas, formaldehyde, pollen, dust, and allergens, it can filter particles above 0.3 microns. When used properly in ideal conditions, the purification efficiency is as high as 98.8%.

The active exhaust valve is based on aerodynamic principles. When you exhale, air pressure is generated internally. When the pressure inside the mask is greater than the external atmospheric pressure, the exhaust valve is automatically opened. Because the exhaled air is discharged from the lower exhaust valve, the mask can fit closer to the face without causing condensation build up. The continuous air flow also helps prevent bacteria from breeding inside your mask.

"This is a high-quality, well-engineered and built product. I like the approach and how it functions as compared to more traditional masks now being used." Said Melissa Hu, Huawei Technologies senior product manager.
