Hi EP Design: I love your lights and I have ordered a variety of lights over the past few months. I have only had 2 issues with all the orders (the white birch tree floor light that I love died after only 1 month, and with my most recent purchase, I paid for the 2 pack of white RGBCW floor lamps but I only received one floor lamp, not 2.) I love your products and I hope someone reaches back to me regarding those 2 small issues. The lights are great. Thank you! Aaron A., Washington DC.

Never received item. No response to multiple emails.

Ordered $300 worth of bulbs on Oct 20. Oct 31 today, no info on the package, has not been shipped. I tried to cancel the order Oct 31. Response is to send me a review form. So far, not feeling trust on this company. Too bad, they sure looked pretty.

Great light! Adds a great aesthetic to any room

This is one great handy fan. Super quiet. Love the flexibly of battery powered. Great design.

Lights look awesome around the pool, grandchildren made mention.

Remote control was difficult to access (batteries). Light does not upgrade rooms like they appear in the pictures. Company stopped selling clock in gray but did not update color options on website.

Not bad. However the light is more on the white side and doesn't have the orange/yellow look that the image has.

Poor customer service! Though the product looks good, I needed to return as not the right choice for my grandson. Have had to wait almost 2 weeks now and return process has still not been started. Disappointing experience

We purchased two of these as gifts. Good quality and so many different settings they get played with for hours on end.

I fid not receive my entire order. The company asked for pics of the delivery and contents which I promptly provided. I received a follow up email stating that they would ship the missing item. I have not received it nor have I been able to get them to respond. Unable to find a good phone number If no response I will have no choice but to dispute the entire charge. This is a pain and too time consuming. Pathetic that I have to beg for something I already paid for!

This has been a really challenging situation. i ordered the above lights On November 6 and the were supposed to arrive by November 13th and they still haven't been delivered. The three bulbs were supposed to be a birthday gift because she had one already and loved it. I tried using the USPS tracking number but all it said was in route to next facility. I contacted customer service multiple times. There is no phone number so I had to use email. Whoever answered the email identified themselves only as contact. They said they understanding how frustrating it is to wait for a package. Finally Friday they said they would check with the post office. I'm still waiting. It seems I'm only entitled to one email response per day and there didn't seem to be any interest in resolving me getting package. In a previous email they said to let them know if the package doesn't show up next week, meaning the week of 11/20. The extra fee for insured shipping shipping shield is an add on fee that I couldn't remove remove at checkout. I had also paid extra for shipping which they refunded but not the fee for the insured shipping. So still no lights and awful customer service.

Nice to know product is protected during shipping.

It came quickly and in perfect condition

This light has the potential to be awesome. Unfortunately, that’s only the case IF you get it as advertised. There are no holes in the frame in order to mount it. Which is what is advertised and pictured in the instructions. What is lacking though is the customer service. I am currently getting the run around through email which is taking 3 days per response. After sending them 4 pictures of the solid frame with no mounting holes, they replied with an automated response and a picture of the instructions which I already have. Which by the way the last step points to the supposed holes you drill through to mount it. My remote buttons also randomly work on the right side of the remote and there was no mention of that by c.s. Also not able to find the app that EP Light says can be a controller. So can’t bypass that. Reallllly sucks since that is what sets this light apart from everything else! If this were all to be resolved then I would be in love with this product!

Arrived in perfect condition

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter who needed a clock , of any kind. She was impressed.

It took a little while to have a chilly enough night at the campsite where we intended it for, but are we were glad we had it! Toasty warm in the screened in tent. Although I think you will need walls when the temperature drops below about 59°f. Looks great in the tent, just the right size, not too big. Also gives light in the dark. Very pleased with the purchase.

It's so beautiful and looks just like the picture. Looking at the cube is mesmerizing and the colors are so gorgeous.

This is actually to finish my review on the lamp as I accidentally sent it prematurely--the lamp was stunning and I have chasen a few other lamps I want to order when I get paid! As far as the Shield, everything was sent and delivered just fine! So, thanks EP Light!

It was a Valentine's Day gift for my sister and she LOVES it! She has it on all the time! She gave me candy the same day which was great. I think she felt bad because her gift is so badass, that she ordered me an automatic soap dispenser!

My grandchild received this as a gift and he loved the light with the various colors and formations. Couldn’t have been a better gift.

I love this light! There are so many color options. It even has a timer so you can tell it to turn off whenever you want it to.

I bought 2 sets of lights. I love them. Easy to put on Christmas tree and the lights are beautiful. Love being able to set it for different colors and movements.

Amazing how much progress has been made on lights these days. The size of each individual light is small, but they are brighter than non-led lights we have had for years. The small wire makes it easy to put these just about anywhere, and I LOVE the app. The ability to change the colors, light patterns, etc. make this set just amazing. The only reason for taking off one star is that the remote is useless. It's poorly made and just doesn't work consistently, no matter how close you are. There's also a bug in the app that causes the light pattern you have on 'lock in' and it won't change unless you turn the lights off and restart. Other than those two minor (at least for us) issues, we love it.

Love the lights I bought 2 strands for our 12 foot tree and they look great at the slower settings for us. Highly recommend.

The lights work great! My husband said this was the best Christmas tree ever. I added some bows but the lights themselves were plenty.

Beautiful lights that set the ambience no matter what the mood!

I bought it on a whim bc I’m a psychiatrist and the concept of a lightbulb that illuminated what looks like neural circuits sounded very cool. It’s a little expensive but I love it. It’s a little mesmerizing and my dog couldn’t stop staring at it.

I live in the Unite Arab Emirates and I wanted a side table lamp that fit the traditional decor that we are doing in one room. This lamp is perfect. It is well made, very attractive, and fits beautifully in with the local carpets and furnishings.

This is a great light, it’s very cool to touch and lovely colors, true to pictures of it. I was expecting a bigger bulb, not sure why, but no matter, it’s a colorful addition and really like it.

I loved the photo of the lamp but was a bit skeptical of what it would look like in person. Let me just say it exceeded my expectations!

Bought this for Fathers day! Yes I know it is next month -BUT the package arrived in very poor condition Broken in two and roughly taped together by some good Samaritan. So we needed to open it to make sure it was working. Fortunately only one of the tiny screws was missing and with gentle pressure the recipient was able to straighten it out and t works just fine - in fact it is beautiful! Wonder if I should have purchased a pair?

It changes to so nany amazing combinations. It's really cool. My cat sits there and admires it. So does my visitors. Thank you for such a great product!
